ROTATING BASKET TYPE SPRAY WASHING MACHINES:
Rotating basket type spray washing machines work by principle of spray-cleaning liquid circulation. Working parts are placed in a stainless steel basket that is placed on a rotating wheel, in a closed cabin.
Pressurized spray cleans dirts, metal particles and oil remainders on the works parts, with mechanical removal force; also cleaning water and chemical solves dirts and oil remainders with chemical effect. The most critical issue in this process is that, the parts washer must reach to the whole surface of the load. In order to do that, stainless steel nozzles are placed in different angles.
The machines are made of stainless steel and they are uniquely designed, according to the type of the dirt and the physical properties of the parts. The main parameters are:

TUNNEL TYPE WASHING MACHINES:
These machines are designed and constructed due to the requirements of the cleaning process. Main sections of washing tunnels are: loading, cleaning, rinsing, drying and unloading.
Work parts are loaded on the conveyor belt and are carried into the cleaning tunnel. Hot cleaning solution is sprayed on the work parts in this section. After this treatment, the conveyor transfers the work parts into the rinsing section. Rinsing water nozzles, spray water on the work parts in order to remove the chemicals, which have remained from the previous process. Then, the parts get into the dryer section and afterwards they are unloaded from washing tunnel conveyor by manual or automatic system.
This continual (non-stop) cleaning process is programmed by the system control panel, according to the required movement speeds and cleaning capacities. Conveyor speed can be adjusted as needed.

WET PAINTING BOOTHS:
The paint particles that have been oversprayed are absorbed by the water curtains, which are placed in the cabins. The system also uses air suction system, in order to control these excess particles and assure that no dust remains in the booth. In this system, the air, collecting the solvent vapor, passes through the water curtain, over and under eliminator plates into the expansion chamber. At this section, the exhaust air is effectively de-watered.
The water is recirculated by a pump.

Powder coating is the most environment friendly and practical method of applying paint.
The paint is sprayed onto the working part, in a powder form. This powder is drawn to the part and it adheres to the part by an electrostatic charge, applied to the powder paint during spraying.
The excessive paint powder is collected in the sifting container and the oversprayed paint is recycled.
The part, covered with the powder paint is then heated to 200?C in an oven. This process allows the paint to fuse on to the part, forming a smooth, tough and resilient coating.

Homogenizing reduces the segregation of cast structures and improves their workability, by a thermal process.

ALUMINUM BILLET/LOG HEATING FURNACES:

Aluminum billets/logs are heated to 400-450 0C before the extrusion process.
ALUMINUM AGEING FURNACES:
Ageing Furnaces are used for the hardening process of various types of aluminum alloys.
Aluminum profiles are carried into the furnace by a loading wagon. They are kept in the furnace for about 6 hours at 180-2000C for hardening.
DIE HEATING FURNACES:
It is necessary to heat the aluminum extrusion dies up to 500C, before they are placed on the presses.
These types of furnaces may operate by electricity or gas, depending on the customer capacities.
